We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Satroves is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time may take 5–10 business days
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items
If you need a different size or product, please place a new order
